Purpose of the Role
Our internal support service teams play a crucial role within a busy and demanding environment, keeping our business running on a day to day basis. We are currently looking for a keen and enthusiastic individual to deliver first line customer support, to train end users and to undertake departmental administration.
Key Takes and Responsibilities
-To deliver IT support to a user base of over 600 users
-To set up new IT hardware around the firm
-To completed IT processes and procedures daily

Skills and Experience
-Extensive knowledge of Desktop operating systems and Microsoft office
-Experience working within a Service Desk environment
-Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Technically capable, able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills
-A good team player
-2 years minimum experience in IT Support
Desirable Skills
-Knowledge of Citrix, Windows Operating Systems
-Experience of Working within a professional services environment
-Experience of Accountancy applications and Worksite DMS
-2nd line support
-Experience working within an ITIL framework
