As an award winning firm and market leader in providing accounting and tax services to charities, educational institutions and trade associations, top 20 firm of accountants Kingston Smith are looking for a manager with experience of working with the not for profit sector to join their exciting and diverse corporate and business tax team.

Whether you have gained your sector specialism as part of managing a mixed portfolio, or your focus has always been specific to the special demands of clients in the NFP industry, we can offer an exciting opportunity to work directly with a diverse group of charities, educational establishments, religious institutes, membership organisations and social businesses, including many high profile and familiar names.

The role is 85% advisory and project based, working closely with our general practice team and with our clients. With no two days the same, this role offers the opportunity to grow and develop your existing skills and experience in a pivotal role for the KS team.

-Experience of working with clients in the not for profit sector
-They will preferably be ACA/ACCA and CTA qualified
-At least 3 to 4 years` experience following attaining their qualifications
-Advanced excel and word skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-A good team player
-Experience of mentoring and developing more junior team members
-A driven person who will take ownership of tasks and drive to completion
-Ability to deliver work to an agreed timescale and budget
-Ability to generate creative ideas both for technical work and business development purposes
-Ability to build personal rapport with clients and to win their trust
